Abby Delk

Abby’s yoga journey began almost twenty years ago. While living in San Francisco, she came to understand how movement helped her release and let go, creating space for newly discovered energy. Appreciating how she felt while practicing (and afterwards), she made yoga a staple in her life. As life changed, yoga remained a constant. Even after periods of pause, she always returned to the mat. After leaving a corporate job in 2017, Abby decided to become a 200 hours certified instructor. Formal training confirmed her path. She is now dedicated to helping others release and let go through their own personal practices.

A devoted Pilates student for over 15 years, Caitlin moved to Chappaqua 6 years ago and Breathe has been her home studio ever since. She believes deeply in the power of Pilates to help every body, regardless of starting point or end goals. A dancer from preschool to college, Caitlin appeared fit, but had hypermobile joints, little strength, and poor alignment. Pilates was the key to retrain her body, undo those bad habits, and condition new strong healthy patterns of movement and function. In the years since, Caitlin relied on Pilates through three pregnancies, three postpartum periods, and a significant neck injury. Those experiences inspired her to elevate her practice to the next level/ She obtained her Beacon Pilates mat and Apparatus 1 certification in 2023.

Kristin Muns

Pilates Instructor

Hi! I’m Kristin Muns. I grew up in Rye, NY. I live in Chappaqua and have 3 tennage boys. After my third son was born I met Adina! I started practicing Pilates at Breathe 15 years ago.

Pilates transformed my body and my mind. I absolutely love short spine. It is an exercise that requires a deep abdominal connection. You feel an amazing stretch in the spine while opening up the hips. It’s my favorite!
